Marriage Ministry

Marriage Is Ministry will provide formal and informal fellowship opportunities for couples. Our goal is to pursue further understanding and guidance in strengthening and enriching our marrigaes by providing an opportunity to share with other couples a vision for Godly marriages.

ESTEEM Ministry

Elevating young Sister’s ages 13-18 To live a life of Excellency in their relationship with Jesus Christ by Educating them in the word of God, and impressing upon them to attain a higher level of education and to live a Moral and holy life for Jesus Christ. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, “declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

NewBirth Ministry of Ushers

It is the responsibility of ushers to maintain an atmosphere of reverence and order. We as ushers are responsibile for finding appropriate seating, issuing cooling fans, envelopes and greeting Congregants as they enter the santuary. How we greet members and visitors of NewBirth often sets the tone of their worship experience, thus it is very important to have a warm ad friendly disposition. If you are interested in becoming an usher you should:

• Have a desire to serve others
• Exemplify the love of Christ
• Be commited to service
• Attend monthly meetings
• Complete the new usher training

Ushers meet every 2nd Tuesday of each month @ 6:30pm.

Womens' Fellowship

To be the godly women that God has called and be an example to the world of what it means to be virtuous women. The NBCM Women’s Ministry will accomplish this vision by creating fellowship in an atmosphere of worship, love and discipleship through the teaching and preaching of God’s word. We would like to extend a welcome to all women in the New Birth family. All women are welcome to come out on the 2nd Friday of each month.

Singles Ministry

Our mission is to buildup, encourage and strengthen unmarried believers in their walk with Christ to live a Holy lifestyle pleasing unto God according to 1 Corinthians 7:32,34. We will accomplish this by coordinating and facilitating group activities, bible studies and fellowship that will foster healthy and Godly relationships.

Seniors On The Move

Our seniors are the foundation & examples of what the men and women of God should be. The seniors meet monthly building relationships through activities and planned outings throughout the year. Our mission is to show the love of Christ inside and outside of the church. Seniors at New Birth are encouraged to invite a friend to come out and fellowship with us. We meet every 4th Friday of each month.

Men of Honor Mentoring

Our mission is to have adult mentors, living according to positive Christian values and principles, committed to listen, influence, model, support, train, introduce opportunities, in day to day decisions and issues that young men face. Second Timothy 1:8 Paul mentors young Timothy, Thanks God for him, prays for him each day, familiar with his family and speaks encouragement and direction into Timothy’s life.

Welcoming Ministry

The greeters are the first people you will see when entering the church and it is very important to make the first impression positive. Our mission is to welcome every member and visitor with love and to glorify God through acts of service. To accomplish this, we will greet with a smile and be available to serve in anyway we can. Smiles can prepare the heart for the word!
